This privacy policy applies to our mobile applications, website, online purchase portal – Kavaerides App/www.Kavaerides.com/online.kavaerides.com, or associated sub-domains and web pages (referred to collectively or individually as the “website” or “Platform”). For the purpose of processing prior bookings related to Kavaerides vehicles made via the online.bajajauto.com platform, the information collected through it shall also be governed by this privacy policy.

For providing access to customer details of their prior purchases related to Kavaerides vehicles made via the online.bajajauto.com platform, the information collected through it shall also be governed by this privacy policy.

**Personal / Sensitive Information**

Kavaerides Technology Limited/Bajaj Auto Limited does not collect personal or sensitive information without the knowledge and consent of the data subject. Granting access permission shall constitute your consent. As a visitor, you are not obligated to provide us with any Personally Identifiable Information.

We may offer additional services/facilities/features to you as a User of our Platform or a Customer on our Platform. These additional services/facilities/features are optional, and you reserve the right to opt out of them at any stage. This information may include Your picture, name, Email ID, contact number, your financial information, Your Vehicle Owner Information including but not limited to RTO registration details, chassis and engine numbers, and any other information required to create the Account and as supplied by You for the specific purpose of providing You Services.

b. We may collect personal information (“Personal Information”) from You when You register your interest with us without creating an ‘Account’ and avail Services available through the Platform. This information may include Your name, Email ID, contact number, identity proof (through acceptable documentation such as Aadhar card), driving license documentation, and any other information required to register your interest and as supplied by You for the specific purpose of providing You Services.

c. When making payments on the App via a payment gateway to complete any financial transaction, we may collect and store Your credit card, debit card, bank account number, and other financial information in accordance with applicable law. You acknowledge that the payment gateway may be provided by a third-party service provider, in which case the applicable terms of use and privacy policy of such service provider shall apply.

d. If You create an Account using Third-Party Account/credentials, We may receive Your Personal Information from such third parties in accordance with their privacy policy. By creating the Account using a Third-Party Account, You authorize Us to collect, store, use, and retain such information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

e. To provide vehicle-specific services, we may request consent to obtain your vehicle’s location information and other related data.

f. In order to provide you with services/additional services, we may request permission to access your phonebook, contacts, device location, SMS- and call-related data, inventory of other apps on the device, microphone, camera, and other sensitive device or usage data. Our platform provides the option to ‘delete account’, whereby all information submitted by the data subject shall be deleted by the Company.

Any personal information you submit through our request forms or online registration forms or any other form on our Platform is meant only for the intended purpose of that section in the Platform respectively. Such information may be shared with authorized third-party service providers (such as insurers, financiers, etc.) if you choose to opt-in for any such third-party services. By agreeing to opt-in, you consent to such information being shared with the authorized third party. By providing your contact details to us through any of our Platform or Walk-in, etc., you agree to receive communication from us via email/SMS/Call/WhatsApp.

Kavaerides Technology Limited/Bajaj Auto Limited also does not send unsolicited emails to data subjects of its Platform. Personal information entered via the Platform’s registration forms such as query or feedback form, complaint form, RMI (Repair & Maintenance Information) form, etc., is protected by high-security standards at our partner Microsoft Azure southeast Asia data center servers & AWS (Amazon Web Services). Microsoft Azure & AWS are leading cloud providers, and their data centers are GDPR compliant and hold industry best security certifications, such as SOC2 and ISO27001, providing encryption in transit and at rest, without any action required from our visitors. We use the information we collect about you to establish your account and provide Services, provide customized content to you, communicate with you to inform about our features and services, promotional messages and take action regarding unlawful or harmful activities. We may use your email address or phone number (if provided by you) to contact you regarding changes to the Services, system maintenance and outage issues, account issues, or otherwise to troubleshoot problems.

**Non-Personal Information**

Kavaerides Technology Limited/Bajaj Auto Limited may collect non-personal information (“Non-Personal Information”) from you through the platform when you visit and/or use the Platform. Non-Personal Information is any information that does not reveal your specific identity, such as browser information, internet protocol address, information collected through Cookies, details of your internet service provider, the date, time, and duration of your usage of the Platform, pixel tags, and other similar technologies, demographic information, information related to vehicle variant, and vehicle color preference, etc. Our platform gathers some information automatically when you visit the platform and stores it in log files. We may collect certain information about your mobile device through which you have accessed the platform to facilitate, evaluate, and verify your use of the platform.

Actual fuel consumption may vary based on riding style, vehicle maintenance, weather conditions, road conditions, tire pressure, installation of accessories, cargo, rider and passenger weight, and other unforeseen factors.

  • By proceeding with a purchase or entering any transaction, whether for payment or not, you accept that you do so entirely relying on your own skill and judgment and not on that of anyone else.
